Welcome to RoadRiders.pk. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are written in plain language to keep things clear for everyone.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we receive a deposit (minimum 30%) or full payment and send you a written confirmation with a booking reference. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
2. Payments
The remaining balance must be cleared before the departure date as communicated at confirmation. Prices are quoted per person and may change for bookings not yet confirmed.
3. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification (CNIC/passport), required permits where applicable, and personal medication. You agree to follow the guide's reasonable instructions for safety.
4. Tour Changes
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always prioritise traveller safety and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.
5. Liability
RoadRiders.pk acts as a coordinator of transport, accommodation and guiding services. While we take great care in selecting partners, we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, third-party service failures, or personal negligence.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any traveller whose behaviour endangers the group or seriously disrupts the tour, without refund.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore.
